Taking time for you is not easy, but you must turn off some of the work and think a bit about you

Today take a break and think if your body and mind are in balance. It is not an easy task, especially when you have a million things to do at the same time.

Exercise is great for this practice, as well as relaxation, releases the hormone endorphin, responsible for the welfare sensation. Thinking about it, we list three exercises to keep the body and mind in balance:

Yoga

Yoga works the control of the mind through meditation. It’s great to know your body and to be healthy and positive thoughts. The activity makes you disconnect from your day-to-day.

Race

The race is great to de-stress and give a sense of well-being. When you run you concentrate on your performance and course and forget the problems.

Dance

It’s a great program to relax and switch off from work. If done as a couple, even better, because closer and becomes a pleasurable activity.
