Work Face your work as something good, as a rewarding and productive activity. Strive to make the best out of it! If you feel like you are doing the wrong job, stop and analyse what gives you more pleasure in work, it may be a change of position or occupation, or maybe it’s time to start rethinking where to work. Look at facing work as something stimulating. Remember, most people spend a lot of time of their lives working, so it has to be delightful.

Good Mood Have a good mood to face your day. Face situations differently and try not to get bored. Be active and organise a list of priorities, so that you don’t have to feel overloaded.

Lunches Organise to have lunch with your friends during the week, so that you can leave the work environment and chat about topics that interest you.
