A beautiful and heavenly place feels just like home for the secret of longevity

We all know that eating well, practicing physical exercise, avoid smoking drinking and drugs, increase the likelihood of prolonging the years of life. But there is a mystery that is leaving many hair standing researchers. The Greek Island (named Ikaria) population, lives 10 years longer than residents of any other places.

But which are the factors that make these people live longer? Food? Physical activities? In fact, researchers at the medical school of the University of Athens who coordinate the study to assess the health of Ikarians, have found that 30% of the population lives more than 90 years.

The amazing thing is that they have high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems as well as the rest of the population elsewhere, but a little later. The secret of their longevity are: the olive oil, Mediterranean food, fruits, vegetables, boiled coffee (which contains more antioxidants, and is consumed twice a day), fish and a very high level of physical activity.

In addition, various habits of these people end up helping with longevity, like taking a nap after lunch.

So, let’s go to Ikaria?
